New lease of life

Well E got his car, now for MY prize! Meet Yankeestaff Blue Lily, or Lily for short. She is a blue Staffordshire Bull Terrier (NOT to be confused with the American Staffordshire which is a much larger dog). I chose the name Lily and the breeder will be adding that to her AKC name and papers. I am so excited I could burst. I cannot sleep, so figured I would blog and tell you guys about her! *giggle* So without further ado, here she is:



She was born April 16 and will be ready to come home with us on May 28 or just before.

New Car

No, not for me....E got a new car, I get the POS he has neglected since 1998. He's always wanted one of these, so he got what he wanted. He bitches about struggling to pay the bills as it is and then goes and buys a new car. Is this a midlife crisis come early? *sigh* Whatever makes HIM happy right?

Grrrrrr

All of my websites are down. I am so fed up right now. My stupid host was sending emails to my old, never checked email address. WHAT is the point of me telling him my new address if he is goig to write to the old one anyway?!

Basically, the domains were up for renewal and now they have expired. He is trying to get it figured out for me today, and hopefully they will be back up by tomorrow. Very frustrating. So, if you were hoping to see the house pics, sorry...

Ok, hopefully, this will get published instead of deleted like two mins ago. I am NOT typing this sh*t out again!

Fukt off

I am so angry right now, I could hit something, or someone....

E is really pissing me off at the moment and is making nasty comments about me trying to find a job and get back to work. My work is really limited now because of my back and neck pain which are not easing off any. That rules out the mundane, cheap labor jobs like waitressing or shop work as it means being on my feet the whole time. I "may" have found a place that will be needing a reliable receptionist soon. It's actually at the salon I get my hair done at, so I will already know a fair amount of people already. I was STUPID enough to mention it to him y'day and now he won't stop bugging the crap out of me about updating & sending my resume over there (little does he know, I updated it ALREADY in preparation to send over there, but I can't be arsed to even tell him after his attitude on the phone with me). Even suggested I send it to him at work so he could mail it out today. Jeeze, get off my damn back: it hurts enough as it is without you hanging off it. I have very low self esteem right now and despite him agreeing to letting me do the Pampered Chef stuff for three months to see how it went, he has even shot that down in flames making what little confidence I had in myself go up in smoke with the idea. To say I am angry and frustrated with my husband right now is an understatement. I paid the electricity and the directv bills yesterday, but that seems to have gone un-noticed and all he is bitching about is not being able to pay the mortgage. HELLO! The mortgage is LESS than our rent was and I have just taken care of two bills for him, so two less for him to worry about. Ok, I am done ranting about him now. *sniff*

Ok gang, I am back! What a palava we have had this end! *sighs and rolls eyes*

First off our wonderful DSL arrived; only thing was, it wasn't as wonderful as it was cracked up to be and we were getting pathetic dial up speeds instead of the wonderful HIGH speed DSL we hade been promised. SBC/AT&T came out three times in total until it was finally fixed on Friday. They have dedicated the DSL line to one phone jack only so there is no drop in the feed and we ended up having a bad modem (which sucks as it was brand new from them in the first place). *groan*

Then my stinky PC threw a hissy fit and needed to be reformatted. Oh yeah, fun n games here!

I have lost 6lbs in the three weeks since using the Gazelle and have lost 2.5" off my waist. Woo hooo!!

It's hit 100F here (according to my desktop weather channel thingy). They predicted 98F on the news this morning and that was going to be a record breaker, so I think we can safely say we are beyond that!

We have got our new bedroom furniture and a new dining room table with 6 chairs. I will try to get some piccies done this week and post them on the house pages for you to have a peek at!

I should really go and do some blog hopping and catch up with a few people....
