Happy Dance, Happy Dance, Happy Dance! The key now is finding something that you can afford & that you like! I'm so excited for you! Yay! (Oh, and just in case -- EGGPLANT PURPLE is not a good color for the bedroom... )
We found something already. We're building a new place but they wanted pre-approval before they'd start to build. It's not a bad sized place for the money and it includes appliances. We get an allowance for upgrades too. My bathroom is biscuit with a kind of eggplant color as the contrast. I think the bedroom will be cream, beige, denim blue, and brown like my bed-set. ;-)
